What changes when the meltemi blows

In August the meltemi can blow for three days straight. The terrace chairs get stacked, the tablecloths go inside, and the small boats stay tied up.

Those are our favourite nights to cook. The dining room is full, the kitchen is warm, and the menu turns to things that were made for this weather: kid goat from the wood oven, cuttlefish with spinach, bean soup with a lot of lemon.
